Abstract: The road transport sector in Malta can be divided into the following sections : Public service buses, coaches, minibuses, hauliers transporting containers, hauliers transporting bulk material (such as cement), taxis (white taxi owners plus self-drive or chauffeur driven taxis) and horse-drawn cabs. These activities correspond to activities comprises in NACE 60.2.
