| Abstract: | During the strategic planning session of the school where I teach I heard Mr Charles Mizzi say that Verdala International School was using this system already. So I decided to make this school the centre of my observation to see how strategic planning works in reality. I also wanted to see in practice their system of administration and management. I was at the school during the last five consecutive school days before the Christmas Holidays of '97. |
