Abstract: This qualitative research is about a profession which has a reputation of being glamorous. However it is not always as glamorous as people make it out to be. Apart from having its fair share of potential hazards due to its nature, it also involves other hidden dangers which the general public is not aware of. This qualitative research will focus on Airline Cabin Crew and their perspective of occupational hazards pertaining to their job, focusing on ergonomics. Sometimes in occupational health and safety, risk assessments are carried out based on a tool which does not bring out what is important to crew members. This research will focus on the opinion of the workforce, the cabin crew, to give their account of what they perceive as a potential occupational health and safety hazards.
