| Abstract: | This dissertation is a study of the Public Service Commission as it has functioned in Malta since 1938. It has been prepared within the last six months and consequently it could not have taken into consideration the proposals contained in the Malta (Constitution) Order in Council, 1959 for the new type of Public Services Commission. The theme of this paper is therefore the Public Service Commissions on the eve of these new developnents. |
