In the coming months, the Faculty for Social Wellbeing will be responsible for conducting the European Values Survey (EVS) in Malta. The European Values Study is a cross-national survey on basic human values, which provides insight into the ideas, beliefs, preferences, attitudes, values and opinions of citizens all over Europe. It is a unique research project, which seeks to uncover how Europeans think about life, family, work, religion, politics and society.

As part of the project, the Faculty is looking for 50 students to conduct face-to-face interviews around Malta. Each student will conduct approximately 20 interviews and receive a payment of EUR 18 per interview (inclusive of data inputting). Interviews will take place between October and November and travel expenses will not be covered. Questionnaires and further information on the project will be provided following recruitment.
