From Campus 103.7 to the Malta International Airshow

The Malta International Airshow display over the waters of St Paul's Bay, held in the last weekend of September, featuring the participation of the British Red Arrows and aircraft from the German, Turkish, French, Italian and Maltese armed forces and the Italian Coast Guard, featured a commentary by popular Campus 103.7 presenter and aviation enthusiast Colin Fitz.

As a veteran of hosting various events, including the Malta Classic Style & Elegance Show, the MASP design awards, the Valletta Concours, Malta Fashion Week, national football and rugby matches and even the Malta Eurovision Festival, Colin was considered a natural fit by the organisers, the Malta Aviation Society, to provide information about the various displays to the crowds expected to gather along the Qawra waterfront.

Colin was joined on the microphone by British pilot and commentator Kath Fisher during the eagerly-anticipated biennial spectacle. Meanwhile, well-known TV personality and pilot, Clare Agius and aviation engineer and pilot Chantel Spiteri (a UM alumnus) joined forces to provide constant social media updates about the event.
