Gedeon Richter Prize in Women’s Health

The Gedeon Richter Prize in Women’s Health for the Academic Year 2024-25, was awarded to Ms Maria Anna Darmanin, whose second-year essay project entitled ‘Parkinson's Disease in Women’ was considered the most meritorious submission. Gedeon Richter plc is a European innovation-driven specialty pharmaceutical company with products distributed in more than 100 countries worldwide.

The prize includes a monetary prize and a book token for the medical student whose women’s health related essay submission is deemed to be the most meritorious by a board of assessors representing the departments of obstetrics & gynaecology and of the pre-clinical studies.
