As part of our ongoing mission to promote psychological growth and mental health awareness among students, Betapsi is once again organising DGP0803 - Therapy and Wellness Campaign for the fifth year in a row.
DGP0803 - The Therapy and Wellness Campaign is designed to introduce students to a variety of therapeutic approaches and wellness practices through engaging, educational sessions led by licensed and qualified professionals. The campaign consists of 11 workshops in semester 1, starting on 4 November 2026, occurring on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 12:00 to 14:00.
The workshops include Gestalt Psychotherapy, Counselling, Sex Therapy, Health Psychology, Sports Therapy, Eco Therapy, Mindfulness, Movement Therapy, Journalling Therapy, Animal Therapy (yes, there will be cute dogs), and Therapy in Private Practice. This will give students invaluable experience and exposure to multiple forms of therapy and wellness practices.
Attendance will provide you with a certificate of participation, and the study unit is also recognised by Degree+ which will be registered on your final University transcript, improving your future career prospects.
Betapsi’s Therapy and Wellness Campaign can also be a useful resource for students who are curious to expand their own self-awareness and coping skills as it exposes individuals to different types of therapies one can attend, thus raising more awareness.
If interested, make sure to apply by sending an email with your interest in applying for DGP0803 - The Therapy and Wellness Campaign via email.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact Betapsi's Educational Officer.
