Science on Budget 2025

In the lead-up to Budget 2025, the Malta Chamber of Science will be hosting a roundtable discussion. 

This session will bring together Chamber members and interested stakeholders to exchange perspectives on why science funding matters for Malta’s economy and society, what role the 2025 Budget can play in supporting scientific development, emerging fields (including AI) and what priorities should be addressed.

The event will also discuss how science can inform Budget 2025.

It will be chaired by Prof. Marie Briguglio from the Department of Economics within the Faculty of Economics, Management & Accountancy.
