A few months ago, the Institute for European Studies partnered with the Bertelsmann Foundation North America (based in Washington, DC) to participate in its Transatlantic Periscope platform.
This platform was launched in 2022 and so far has modules with 24 EU member states, where the Bertelsmann Foundation partners with local think tanks and/or academic institutions based in each country.
The aim of this platform is to provide users with credible information focusing on the bilateral relationships between the United States and EU Member States.
The Institute for European Studies is launching the Malta module and is organising a launch event on Friday 9 January 2026 at 16:00 - 18:30.
