The ESTELLE project was a collaboration between the Department of Electrical Engineering within the University of Malta and Olympus Holdings Ltd. The project was led by Dr Alexander Micallef as the project coordinator.

Project ESTELLE was financed by the Energy and Water Agency under the National Strategy for Research and Innovation in Energy and Water (2021-2030).
