Accommodation options
Ten students could be accommodated in four (4) double and two (2) single rooms in NTUA Campus Student Residences (NEW) (http://esties.ntua.gr/) (for the period 14-20 April 2019). More information and directions can be found here.
The cost of accommodation is
EUR 7 / day / student:EUR 4 / day / student, for the room
EUR 3 / day / student, for all three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
For these rooms all interested students should book by sending an email to efider@chemeng.ntua.gr by 14 February 2019. It is advised that students coming from the same Institute arrange to share a room.

Teachers could be accommodated in 'Athinais Hotel' that is located in Vasilissis Sofias 99, 115 21 Αthens (https://www.athinaishotel.gr/el/).
Ten rooms have been pre-booked for the time period 14 -21 April 2019 as following:
Single room price: EUR 68.00 (breakfast included, public tax and VAT).
Double room price: EUR 80.00 (breakfast included VAT and VAT included).
Plus: Stay tax: EUR 1.50 per room per night.
Regarding the booking process, please proceed with pre-booking through the on-line system of the
hotel website using the password for the SUIT4FOOD event “SUIT4FOOD Athens” from 6 February 2019.to 18 March 2019. For bookings beyond the above date (or above the above number of rooms / nights), confirmation will be given upon availability. For any reservations made by other services the hotel does not guarantee that the above prices will apply. All rooms are non-smoking.
Transportation of teachers from hotel to NTUA will be arranged (in the mornings).

How to reach NTUA Campus Student Residences
NTUA Campus Student Residences (New) have been since 2005, and consist of 15 buildings. They are located at Kokkinopoulou 6A Street, Zografou. All rooms are available to NTUA and visitor students.
NTUA Campus Student Residences (New) can be easily reached from the Athens International Airport:
- Via Metro, Line 3, to Station Katechaki (Κατεχακη)

- From there, you will take the Bus 140 (Polygono-Glyfada / Πολυγωνο - Γλυφαδα) from Station Katechaki (Κατεχακη) to Station Foit. Est. Polytechnioupolis (Φοιτ. Εστ. Πολυτεχνειουπολης) (approx. 11 min)
- From there you will reach the NTUA Campus Student Residences (New) within walking distance of 1-2 min.
How to reach the Hotel
Athinais Hotel is located in the heart of Athens next to Mavili square, in a safe area 10 min walk from Kolonaki area, the most popular commercial and shopping area. Just 5 min walk to the Athens Concert Hall and Venizelos Park, 15 min from the National Gallery. Syntagma Square which is aside Plaka (the oldest area of Athens) as well as Monastiraki (traditional market) is 10 min with the metro & 15 min by taxi & bus. Lycabettus, a hill with the nicest view of Athens is 5 min by taxi.
