Multi-symptom syndromes and Fibromylagia are explored and explained in order to make substantial grounds for electing dance as a potential strategy to relieve symptoms. Dance is broadly defined as a brief historical timeline is conveyed, and its characteristics are discussed. Finally its holistic benefits are examined with regard to Fibromyalgia/ Multi-symptom syndromes symptoms. To illustrate and present a hypothesis, a case study of the author and her sister was analysed.
