| Abstract: | We report a case of an elderly patient with a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) associated with a horseshoe kidney (HSK) treated by an emergency open repair and discuss the anatomical features and surgical challenges attendant to this rare combined pathology. |
