Abstract: All animals have some form of a special sense, the power to see or hear or smell, touch or taste. Many animals, such as humans can experience all these senses. However a large number of other animals can only rely on one or two senses and can still thrive in their environment. In this article, the author will examine the extent of an insect’s eyesight and the physiology of the eye.
