| Abstract: | In this article, the author discusses the book titled ‘Hand-book for Egypt’ written by Sir Gardner Wilkinson F. R. S., published in London in 1847. The publication contains information and descriptions of the Maltese islands of around 100 years prior. He also translates various passages to Maltese for the readers of Lehen il-Malti. |
