Abstract: This book studies the phenomena of the doctor-patient and health-care relationship and understand which principles conform to these phenomena and which are manifestations, outcomes, of a priori phenomena. This will help ground principles in the ontology of the doctor-patient relationship and henceforth understand how moral problems can be resolved in this context.
