Abstract: Isolated noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium involving both ventricles is a rare entity. This article reports a rare case of biventricular noncompaction presenting with features of fetal distress and moderate tricuspid regurgitation. Noncompaction of both ventricles was diagnosed at birth.
