Typical electronic crane control system

Abstract

It is the aim of this report to show how a typical speed control on a crane together with its respective protective devices, can be achieved electronically and from this study deduce the advantages that can be obtained from the use of such an electronic system. In compiling this report, I have made use of material supplied by manufacturers and several other books on the subject.
