Abstract: Through the lens of educators working with under-fives, this paper explores how play and learning featured when shifted to online spaces during COVID-19 in Malta. Teaching and Learning: •To understand the successes and challenges of teaching and learning as experienced by different stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic over time. Learning spaces: •To gauge the extent to which the 'new' learning spaces were available, accessible and affordable for different stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic over time. Relationships and Well-being: •To gain an insight into the status of wellbeing and the dynamics of relationships among the different stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic over time.
