Abstract: This study attempts to primarily examine domestic violence (DV) in Malta, with the aim of providing recommendations for supporting alleged and accused perpetrators in overcoming harmful behaviour patterns. While recognising that DV may be perpetrated against any gender, this report will look at male-perpetrated intimate partner violence (IPV) in the context of heterosexual relationships.
