Abstract: The development of a publicly-accessible system which developed information systems where users can access data from their Localities’ offices as well as from their homes has been deemed a major milestone in Malta particularly due to the fact that territorial and environmental data is deemed too complex and difficult to read and understand. The Malta Case Study created a system which over the past months allowed users to identify their locality through a spatial information system where users were able to review the thematic information available for their needs.
