| Abstract: | In this paper, I shall limit myself only to a brief discussion of Maltese laws and to one international convention which Malta has signed which both deal with the protection of the marine environment. I will be dealing with English marine protection laws in the last part of this paper only for the purpose of suggesting how our laws can be ameliorated. |
