[Excerpt] RESOLUTIONS unanimously passed at the Third Annual Public Meeting of the Catholic Institute of Great Britain, held at the Freemasons' Hall, Great Queen Street, on 13th May, 1841. The Right Hon. LORD CAMOYS in the Chair. Moved by the Hon. CHARLES LANGDALE, M.P. and seconded by the Right Rev. DR. CLANCY, That the Report now read be adopted, and that the same be printed and circulated amongst the Members, under the direction of the Committee to be afterwards named. Moved by the Hon. Edward PETRE, and seconded by the Right Rev. Dr. POLDING, That the extension of the Institute by the formation of additional branches is an object of the highest importance, and the Meeting urgently recommends that an Auxiliary Institute , be formed in every congregation throughout Great Britain and the' Colonies.
