| Abstract: | Gentlemen, In compliance with the instructions embodied in the Resolution passed by the Senate, on the 8th March ultimo constituting us a Committee to enquire into, and report on, the points having reference to the system of Education at present followed in the Primary Schools of these Islands, and which have been raised in the Memo. of the Vice-Chancellor to the Senate, dated I 5th February last, and on the questions connected therewith; we, the Members of the said Committee, have the honour to submit to you our Report together with the minutes of our Proceedings and of the evidence taken in the course of our inquiry...
