| Abstract: | The book that is being launched today is entitled Sea Level Change and Maritime Boundaries and is authored by Dr Antoine Grima, Head of Department of the Environmental and Resources Law, and a Lecturer, at the Faculty of Laws of the University of Malta. It was published last year in the United Kingdom by Routledge and consist of xix + pages 227. This book as a matter of fact is Dr Grima’s PhD thesis researched at the International Maritime Organization’s International Maritime Law Institute entitled and forms part of Routledge’s IMLI Studies in International Maritime Law. As the thesis title and IMLI series quite clearly indicate, this is a study that falls within the department of law known as the ‘International Law of the Sea’. [excerpt from the Introduction] |
