| Abstract: | Family rejoining is a protection instrument of the family unity right. It is a very difficult item in the immigration policy, above all when it regards forms of minority protection different from Italian regulations. Author studies kafalah institute according to the Islamic filiation, Italian and French jurisprudence to highlight some similar elements with Italian adoption. |
