| Abstract: | The Mediterranean Sea is once again the theatre of conflicts that has produced severe human consequences for the populations involved. Yet, it is realistic to think that from these conflicts, new social classes, capable of shaping a new course in the economical and social life of the countries, but have not realized a true State of Rights, can emerge. |
