| Abstract: | Kienet il-ħolma ta’ tliet żgħażagħ, Joey Chircop, David Agius u Anton Grech li jwelldu l-ewwel rock opera Maltija li kellha tara d-dawl fis-snin ta’ wara. Il-ħolma kienet saret realtà meta fl-ewwel ġimgħa ta’ Ottubru tal-1974, propju ħamsin sena ilu, ittellgħet ir-rappreżentazzjoni tal-ewwel rock opera lokali bl-isem ta’ Dream? L-appuntament għal dan ix-xogħol ambizzjuż kien għal 4, 5 u 6 tax-xahar fil-lussu barokk tat-Teatru Manoel. Il-ġurnali ta’ dak iż-żmien kienu taw prominenza għal din in-novità, inkluż il-korrispondenti mużikali u l-kritiċi. Saħansitra wkoll esponenti fi ħdan il-Knisja kienu faħħru dan ix-xogħol. |
