Abstract: At the sitting of the Harbour Commission held yesterday, the Chairman communicated to the same the following- document: I am of opinion that no buildings should be erected on the Corradino Hill within 600 yards of the Naval Prison, in any direction, or on the North East of the road from the South West Basin to Casal Paola.
