| Abstract: | Malta and Ukraine signed a double tax treaty with respect to taxes on income and on capital on the 4 September 2013. This tax treaty continues to strengthen the growing network of an already vast array of double tax treaties concluded by Malta both with important trading partners, as well as with emerging countries. To date, Malta has 64 double tax treaties in force. Details relating to the ratification and contents of the double tax treaty will be public once the Treaty is published. |
