| Abstract: | Interlocutori. Il Genio Britanno. Il Genio Maltese. Il Tempo. La Speranza. Le tre Grazie La Scena rappresenta un ameno boschetto. In mezzo viè un piedistallo, dove poi sarà posto ed incoronato il Ritratto del Re. NB. Le tre Grazie tralli due Cori saranno occupate per la scena a raccogliere fiori, ed intesserne ghirlande per la Coronazione. Dramatis Personae. The Maltese Genius. British Genius. Time. Hope. The Graces. The Scene represents a beautful little Wood; in the midst of which there is a Pedestal, upon which the portrait of the King will stand. N.B. After the first, and even the second Chorus, the Graces will be employed in gathering Flowers for the Scene, and making Garlands of them. [Excerpt] |
