| Abstract: | The clinical presentation of statin associated muscle symptoms (SAMS) is highly heterogeneous and there are no standardised definitions of SAMS terminologies. Lack of standardisation in the definitions of SAMS terminologies was identified. Harmonised definitions of SAMS terminologies may support cardiologists in diagnosis and management of SAMS and facilitate management of statin therapy. |
