| Abstract: | Clinical pharmacist services, such as point-of-care testing, medication review and counselling, play a significant role in managing acute and chronic conditions in primary care settings. These clinical services have been reported to improve health outcomes in diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and asthma. |
