| Abstract: | The staff of the Old University, which was formerly recognized as the University of Malta, organized a dinner in honor of Professor Edwin Borg Costanzi. He was the Rector of Malta's foremost institution of higher learning and is noted as the oldest university in the Commonwealth beyond the United Kingdom. For a period, Professor Edwin Borg Costanzi was also known as Vice-Chancellor and Rector Magnificus. |
