VERY REV. SIR,-On Tuesday, September 24th, of this year, three brothers in the prime of life embarked at the port of Liverpool for your good city of New York. They were of the Catholic Anglo-Saxon remnant of England, farm -labourers, driven off the land of their fathers-the estate of an old Catholic landed proprietor-by the cruel and avaricious policy which now so frequently aims at increasing a rent-roll by throwing even the cottager's little garden into the hands of the large tenant-farmer. Their selection of the territory of the United States as the theatre of the industry by which they hope to make themselves a new home, in lieu of the one from which they have been driven away, has been simply an act of their own choice...
