| Abstract: | Climate Change poses serious challenges to the global and the local community. The issue reached the media, hence became focal point of interest, due to the increased effects of climate activism what one can label as a “Greta Thunberg effect”, after a young activist leading the Fridays for Future movement. To understand the magnitude of the issue one need to see the complex interrelationship between profit orientation of businesses, the related management practices, and their relation to the natural environment.
