Abstract: This article explores the critical role of adaptability in the Business English classroom amid rapid global change. With the rise of VUCA environments and evolving job demands, Business English educators must cultivate adaptability across cognitive, emotional, and dispositional domains. This article defines adaptability and outlines its key dimensions. Practical strategies and activities are proposed to help learners manage uncertainty, foster growth mindsets, and navigate intercultural complexities. By modelling adaptable learning mindsets themselves, teachers empower learners not only to survive but to thrive in the dynamic, future-oriented professional world.
