| Abstract: | As Futouristic enters its’ fourth year of publication, it continues to push the boundaries of the fledgling research culture by showcasing the extensive work that is being performed by the Institute of Tourism Studies, especially by its students and academics. This issue, number 7, is no exception. It reports on a number of important milestones for the Institute, including the opening of a satellite campus in China, the creation and delivery of specialised courses to Third Country Nationals working in Maltese tourism and hospitality, and the positive Programme Audit Report for ITS from the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) that should pave the way for Institute to become a fully-fledged self-accrediting institution up to MQF/EQF Level 7 (Master’s).
