| Abstract: | Quality management (QM) is a strategy focusing on meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations by emphasizing on employee engagement and continuous quality improvement (Pereira-Moliner, et al., 2016). It is crucial as it ensures customers receive consistent and high-quality service. By implementing Quality Management Practices (QMPs), hotels are able to identify and resolve any potential problems and will continuously strengthen their operations.
