The first volume, also published in the United Kingdom with the same title, consisted of xxiv + 158 pages of text. It comprised a Foreword by Professor Raymond Mangion, Professor of Legal History and Methodology and Head of Department of Legal History and Methodology of the Faculty of Laws, University, (pp. vii – xii) together with four essays written by Dr Mark Sammut Sassi. |
