| Abstract: | Introduction: Access to medicines is a cornerstone of public health. However, small markets often face significant challenges in ensuring consistent and equitable access. To address these challenges, a variety of tools and models have been developed and implemented. Aims: This study aims to develop a reimbursement model applicable to countries with a small market and to propose and validate a reimbursement policy. |
