Abstract: Research indicates a significant connection between a strong sense of purpose and various psychological wellbeing aspects, including life satisfaction, positive affect, hope, and grit (Pfund & Hill, 2018). This experiential and reflective workshop introduces a structured framework to align one’s values, behaviours, competencies, and actions with one’s sense of purpose, thus enhancing overall wellbeing. It addresses critical questions such as, "How do I find my life purpose? How do I fulfil it?" and “How do I remain aligned with it?” [excerpt]
