Abstract: This article explores how incremental, meaningful achievements can significantly enhance teachers’ happiness, job satisfaction and professional resilience. Drawing on research in motivation, career success and well-being, it examines reflective practices, habit formation and institutional support as strategies for leveraging small wins to sustain teacher engagement and improve student outcomes.
