تدريس اللغة العربيّة في ألمانيا : دراسة حالة / The teaching of Arabic in Germany : a case study

Abstract

. الوضع الحاليّ والمعاهد الفن ّ يّة للعلوم التطبيقيّة والمدارس االبتدائيّة والثانويّة. إضافة إىل ذلك، تقدّم مدارس تعليم البالغين والمساجد والمعاهد الخاصّ ة بأبناء المهاجرين العرب دورات في اللغة العربيّة. وترك ّ ز أغلبيّة البرامج عىل اللغة العربيّة الفصحى، ولكن نجد أيضً ا عددً ا صغيرًا من البرامج يهتمّ بتطوير المهارات في اللهجات العربيّة المختلفة. عالوة ً عىل ذلك، بدأت في بعض الجامعات، وخصوصً ا في الفترة األخيرة، مبادرات لتقديم دروس تتّبع الطريقة التكامليّة (integrated approach) التي تقوم عىل تعليم الفصحى وإحدى اللهجات العربيّة في نفس المقرّر الدراسيّ ولكنّ هذه المبادرات ال ت في المؤسّسات المذكورة أعاله. أمّ ا التعليم األكثر طموحً ا فيما يتعل ّق باكتساب المهارات اللغويّة فنجده في الجامعات وتحديدً ا في أقسام اللغة العربيّة وآدابها، ألنّ الطال ّب هناك يدرسون اللغة العربيّة بهدف استخدامها في سياقات مهنيّة وأكاديميّة متنوّعة، منها، عىل سبيل المثال، السلك الدبلوماسيّ أو مجاالت التعاون االقتصاديّ أو البحث األكاديميّ . وهذه المجموعة من الطال ّب هي الوحيدة التي تتوف ّ ر إحصاءات رسميّة عنها، وهذه اإلحصاءا

Current situation: Technical institutes for applied sciences and primary and secondary schools. In addition,

adult education centers, mosques, and private institutes for the children of Arab immigrants offer Arabic language courses. The majority of programs focus on Modern Standard Arabic, but a small number of programs also focus on developing skills in different Arabic dialects.

Furthermore, initiatives have begun in some universities, especially recently, to offer courses following an integrated approach that teaches Modern Standard Arabic and one of the Arabic dialects in the same course. However, these initiatives do not in the institutions mentioned above. The most ambitious education regarding the acquisition of language skills is found in universities, specifically in departments of Arabic language and literature, because students there study Arabic with the aim of using it in diverse professional and academic contexts, including, for example, the diplomatic corps, fields of economic cooperation, or academic research. This group of students is the only one for which official statistics are available.
