Abstract: Introduction: Advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), including CAR-T therapies, gene therapies, and therapeutic radionuclides, are transforming healthcare. Pharmacists are involved to support innovative therapeutic protocols whilst ensuring safety, quality and access. As these advanced therapies become more embedded in therapeutics, pharmacy education must adapt to prepare graduates that are positioned to support the assessment, access and use of these products whilst safeguarding patient safety.
Aims: • To gather insight into regulatory and clinical contributions expected from the pharmacy workforce to back the use of advanced therapeutic technologies • To identify educational pathways to support pharmacy graduates
