| Abstract: | We describe the use of a microoscillating saw on the heart to remove calcific pericardium. This microoscillating saw proved indispensable to achieve a safe pericardiectomy in a 55-year-old woman with thick, severe idiopathic calcific constrictive pericarditis. |
