Abstract: Saphenous vein is the preferred conduit for lower limb bypass surgery. Subsequent aneurysm formation within femoropopliteal grafts is regarded as an unusual complication. We report two cases of lower limb saphenous vein graft aneurysms which were associated with abdominal aortic aneurysms.
