|Abstract:||Two cases of congenital methaemoglobinaemia during pregnancy are described. Cyanosis in a pregnant woman gives rise to medical concern as it is often caused by serious cardiac or pulmonary disease, but it may rarely be due to methaemoglobinaemia.|
