| Abstract: | The purpose of this dissertation is intended to give a view at the rodents found in the Maltese islands, which are considered as pests. Giving particular attention to the hazards they pose on public health and the problems they procure to man. All the methods of control present, both chemical and non-chemical, are discussed, as are possible remedies to be as efficient as possible in eliminating rodent pests from the Maltese environment. |
